It isn’t just white wine and rosé that benefits from being chilled.

Red wine can also be delicious, when served chilled on a warm night, even if it is just a few degrees cooler.

The best way to chill your wine is in an ice bucket with some salt water added to it.

The salt water melts the ice while keeping the water very cold, providing an immersive ice bath for the bottle and a faster chilling process for your wine.
