Dandelion Vineyards Fairytale of the Barossa Grenache Rosé 2017

The Dandelion Vineyards 'Fairytale of the Barossa' Grenache Rosé is a great example of how good Australian Rosé can be. Specifically, Barossa Rosé, made from Grenache - which is known for being exceptionally dry and impressive. If you are on the hunt for a great Australian Rosé this is one to consider and most likely, enjoy.

"Free-run juice from 90yo bushvine grenache is an expensive approach for a rose, even if it is wild-fermented in and then matured for 7 months in used oak. Light, bright pink colour signals a fresh, crisp, red fruit, rose petal and spice-laden palate. Socrates might look for a touch more complexity." 93 Points, James Halliday, The Wine Companion, August 2017.
