In the event your wine order is faultydamaged or wrongly described we will happily refund your money or exchange the product, as we guarantee our products 100%. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if we are at fault.

At Daily Drop, our expert wine panel tastes every wine before it is included in our online wine selection. This helps ensure the integrity and quality of the product. In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, then please contact us at orders@dailydrop.com.au to discuss your concerns. Please note, returns of wine where you have either changed your mind or are concerned about the quality of the product will be at the discretion of Daily Drop or the individual winery or retailer that was responsible for that particular deal.
