Winemaking -   The winemaking team selected a number of parcels of grapes within Margaret River, at a range of different maturities. Crushed, then pressed into stainless steel tank and fermented with a range of yeasts to deliver a variety of characters and build texture into a deliberately less-tropical wine. Enjoy now to 2018.
