We are committed to ensuring your Daily Drop online wine buying experience is as enjoyable as possible and this includes an easy, hassle free wine delivery. We also guarantee our wines 100%. Should they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 14 days to organise their return and your refund. Free delivery on orders over $300.00 for the Sydney Metro area. This covers postcodes between 2000 – 2234.
We use Australia Post or Aramex to deliver orders to our customers.
5-7 working days (except from December 1st – January 28th). Unless the wine is out of stock with our suppliers. We will provide wine delivery updates in this situation.
Delivery to W.A may take up to 10 working days, in some cases.
During the Christmas period, orders placed after December 10th cannot be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas Day, December 25.
Depending on where the wine needs to be delivered, we use a combination of Australia Post and Fastways Couriers.
Your wine delivery charges will be based on your location and the number of cases purchased.
Each online wine order may only be sent to one delivery address. Multiple addresses require a separate order for each wine delivery address.
Once you have placed your online wine order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking link.
Daily Drop supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
Due to Licensing Laws, you must be over 18 years of age to place and receive a delivery. Photo ID may be requested upon delivery.
Deliveries must also be received by a non-intoxicated person over the age of 18.
Daily Drop does not organise wine delivery outside Australia.
Daily Drop does not deliver wine to Post Office Boxes.
Daily Drop or the couriers we use, will not deliver your order if the delivery circumstances are deemed unsuitable for any reason, such as:
- The recipient of the ordered products is under the age of 18 years.
- The recipient of the ordered products is acting for, or, on behalf of, a person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).
- The recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel, to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery (unattended delivery), Daily Drop, or our couriers, may not leave orders unattended at the recipients address, despite the recipient providing instructions to do, during the purchase process, due to the possibility of scenarios 1,2 or 3 above.
- Daily Drop or our couriers, may not deliver your order if any requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.
We deliver wine anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as being in International Waters.
Delivery into the areas specified below is restricted, Daily Drop and our couriers are unable deliver to the following postcodes/locations:

In the event your wine order is faulty or damaged, we will happily refund your money or exchange the product, as we guarantee our products 100%.
If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return if we are at fault.

Please note, returns of wine where you have either changed your mind or are concerned about the quality of the product will be at the discretion of Daily Drop.
