How much is delivery?

All wine sales are solicited, offered, accepted, made and delivered by licensed wineries or retailers who receive all orders. As such, delivery may be different for each winery. However, wine delivery charges will be clearly set out in the terms of the deal and added to the total upon checkout.

How long will it take to get my wines?

Please allow 5-10 working days for your online wine order to be delivered.

I think my wine delivery has gone missing, what can I do?

If you believe your wine delivery has taken longer than it should please contact us at orders@dailydrop.com.au outlining your purchase information and Daily Drop will work with the winery or retailer responsible for that particular deal to locate your wine and update you.

What forms of payment does dailydrop.com.au accept?

We accept payments using Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Please note a merchant fee of 1.16% for Visa and Master card applies and a merchant fee of 3.25% for AMEX applies. These charges will be added to the final total upon checkout.

Can I place a phone order with Daily Drop?

All orders with Daily Drop must be completed through our website, www.dailydrop.com.au. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to facilitate phone orders.

I have a few "Favourite" wines that I would like to see on Daily Drop. Can I tell you about them?

At Daily Drop, we would love to hear about your favourite wines. Please drop us an email at info@dailydrop.com.au to tell us about them and we will do our best to liaise with the wineries to source your wine. If we can’t find your wine at a good price, we will let you know who can. It is our aim to be the easiest way to buy wine online.
