The Cotes de Provence is the largest AOC (Appellation d’Origine Controlee) in the Provence wine region. Up to 90% of the wine produced is Rosé, which tend to be pale salmon pink/orange in colour, dry and light bodied with a refreshing acidity. The Rosé from Cotes de Provence also displays flavours of red fruits and grapefruit and is recognised as being one of the best in the world, for this style of wine.
