Chateau de L'Aumerade has also been classified with the highest classification in Provence, for Rose, known as 'Cru Classe'. Fresh, vibrant and dry, with aromas and flavours of strawberry, violet, and cranberry, Marie Christine is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. An iconic Provencal Rose that is perfect with grilled salmon, shellfish or even on its own.

The Cotes de Provence is the largest AOC (Appellation d'Origine Controlee) in the Provence wine region. Up to 90% of the wine produced is Rosé, which tend to be pale salmon pink/orange in colour, dry and light bodied with a refreshing acidity. The Rosé from Cotes de Provence also displays flavours of red fruits and grapefruit and is recognised as being one of the best in the world, for this style of wine.
